La Mirada Site

Try-outs are Monday-Friday at 4:00PM, see Coach Kathy.  The swimmer needs to be at least 6 years old and be able to swim at least 25yds of freestyle with proper breathing.  Other strokes may be tested as well. 

Beginning swimmers practice 4 days a week for 1 hour, daily attendance is not required .  As a swimmer improves and advances through the practice groups, the length and number of practices increases as well.
